Orders from the Piping Logistics warehouse in Erembodegem (Belgium)

Orders are confirmed within 24 hours, for shipment within 2 days max. Delivery date (barring unforeseen circumstances) is mentioned on the order confirmation. Please note that for big order quantities we cannot guarantee shipment within 2 days.
Piping Logistics accepts orders from customers outside the European Union. Note that the transport and customs clearance has to be organized by the customer. Extra export documentation can be provided at an extra cost.
1 piece for grooved material and butterfly valves, 20 pieces per reference of flexible hoses, 1 pot for lubricant, 12 pairs for gloves, 5 pieces for groove meters and 1 center punch tool.
Orders will be processed between 8 am and 4:30 pm CET from Monday to Thursday and from 8 am to 3:30 pm on Fridays except for Belgian national holidays. Subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed about the closure of our offices.


On the order confirmation we always mention when an item is not available. We inform you about the expected date of arrival of the materials at our warehouse and offer you the possibility to reserve these items. After your confirmation of this reservation we reserve the goods and send you a confirmation of the backorder. Once the goods are available, we will inform you and coordinate shipment.

Option 1) We organize the transport of your goods for you and inform you with the order confirmation about the freight cost. We established a partnership with different transport companies to provide transport within the European Union at the best price. Option 2) You arrange the transport of your goods with a forwarder of your own choice. We inform you about packaging, weight and pick up date with your order confirmation. In order to guarantee a smooth pick up we kindly ask your forwarder to mention our order confirmation number once in our warehouse.

Complaints / Return policy

Contact customer service at customerservice@pipinglogistics.eu or +32(0)53 64 51 00 to report your complaint so we can provide a quick solution in accordance with the ISO standard 9001:2015.
Please contact customer service at customerservice@pipinglogistics.eu or +32(0)53 64 51 00 so that we can provide you a quick solution. If you received damaged items (by our mistake) we provide you new material as soon as possible.
In case of mistakes found in your delivery, please contact customer service: customerservice@pipinglogistics.eu or +32(0)53 64 51 00. We send you the missing items as soon as possible and find out what went wrong. There's a possibility to either keep the wrongly delivered goods or to return them. We make the arrangements to return them back to our warehouse and bear the freight cost. Read our return policy here.
It's possible to return goods to our warehouse. Please note that Piping Logistics does not bear the freight cost if the mistake was made by the customer. Read our return policy here.

Sales conditions

The general terms and conditions of sales can be found on our website. They are also attached to each quotation, order confirmation and invoice. You can also read them at the back of our catalogue.
On the price list the following sales conditions are applicable:
1. Transport
- Our prices are applicable for orders FCA from our warehouse in Erembodegem, Belgium.
- Transport can be arranged by our sales department and invoiced to the customer.
2. Administration costs
- For each order of less than 250€ an administration and handling cost of 25€ will be charged.
3. Payment terms
- The payment terms have to be defined with the Sales Manager.
4. Remarks
- Extra documentation and certification requested by the customer will be invoiced.
- All products must be installed according to our technical datasheets, see our catalogue and website.
- Please consult our general conditions of sale on our website www.pipinglogistics.eu or upon request.


You can check your invoices under "Invoices" by logging in the webshop. Option 1) We send your invoice as a PDF file by email through our automatic e-billing system. The invoice is sent to the invoice receiver as proposed by your company. Option 2) On your request we can provide you the printed invoice by postal services. For this service we charge an administration cost of 15 € per invoice.
Once your order has left our warehouse, we prepare the invoice. You will receive the document via the email address that you provided us and it will then be available on your space on the webshop.
