After an in-depth onboarding where you’ll become familiar with our products, processes, and customer base, you’ll take on a key role in shaping the future of our product portfolio.

Stay closely connected with the market by monitoring the latest trends and developments.

Lead the development of new products and support the expansion of the existing range. You’ll work closely with our Engineering team, Romanian production site, marketing team, and sales colleagues.

Continuously assess and improve the current product portfolio, seeking technical optimisations and enhancements.

Work with your Profit colleagues to analyse the competitive landscape and proactively respond to changes.

Oversee certain products that are manufactured by external suppliers. You will ensure supplier quality standards are met and lead negotiations with potential new partners.

Act as the go-to technical expert: manage all technical documentation, handle technical customer queries or complaints, support marketing initiatives (e.g., brochures, campaigns), and deliver internal/external product trainings.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical know-how with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.

You have at least 3 to 5 years experience in a previous role.

You hold a higher technical degree (Civil or Industrial Engineering, or Bachelor in Electromechanics).

You have experience with 3D CAD software and a clear passion for engineering.

You’re a creative thinker who enjoys developing smart, practical solutions.

You like working independently and in a structured way.

You communicate effectively and bring positive energy to your team.

You have some relevant work experience in a technical environment.

Occasional travel abroad is not a problem for you.

You are fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
