We are currently seeking a motivated Marketing & Product Data Officer to support our Marketing Team and to manage our product information.
Your Profile
- Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
- Affinity with marketing and communications.
- Accuracy and sense of structure in managing data.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- Proactive and independent work attitude.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
- You are flexible and can work independently.
- You can handle work pressure well and work very accurately.
Your Role
As a Marketing & Product Data Officer, you will, on one hand, support our marketing team with creative and communicative tasks, and on the other hand, be responsible for managing our product information within SAP, our webshop and website. Your responsibilities include:
Marketing (50%)
- Assist in creating (and updating) technical data sheets, brochures, flyers and presentations in Adobe InDesign.
- Support in creating and managing content for our website, social media and newsletters.
- Apply SEO principles when creating and optimising web content to increase online visibility.
- Contributing to campaigns, events and other marketing activities.
- Creating various print materials such as packaging, calendars and other promotional materials.
- Ensuring consistent visual and textual corporate identity.
Data management (50%)
- Input, control and maintain product data in SAP, our webshop and other digital channels.
- Optimising product information for use in commercial communications.
- Ensuring correct and consistent translations of product information in all communication channels, such as datasheets, catalogue, brochures, website and webshop.
- Optimising product information for use in commercial communications.
- Management of our product data via PIM system and external platforms.
- Working closely with internal departments (sales, purchasing, IT) to keep data up-to-date.
